This is an English made gramophone produced in the late 1920’s by Peter Pan. It runs when wound up, and can play through an entire 78 rpm record. It has two dials: one for turning it on/off, and one for adjusting the speed. It is quite difficult to adjust the speed properly, so I’ve found it is not the player of choice for listening to albums. That being said, it does function, and is an excellent conversation piece. It is missing no pieces, and the leather speaker is not torn like many others are. It weighs 5lbs, and is approx. 7″x4.5″x6.
