Offered here is a rare and fully functional Panasonic SG-674, a classic solid-state portable stereo system from the 1970s, manufactured by Matsushita Electric Industrial Co. This suitcase style all-in-one system includes a radio tuner, 4-speed turntable, and stereo speakers. ???? Solid State – 16 Transistors. FM: 87-108 MHz. 4-Speed Record Changer: 16, 33, 45, and 78 RPM. Stereo Speakers (removable) both tested and working. Dual Loudness Controls: Left & Right Channels. Cord gets tucked away underneath but missing cover to hold cord in. There is a small dent on the top cover. Clean unit wood and dust cover look amazing. Works and sounds great has Pickering xv-15 cartridge stylus has the little brush to clean dust on tracks. On the cosmetic side front left side on top of logo. And the orange lamp don’t light up any more. Type: 2-speed, belt-driven turntable with auto-lifter and auto-stop. Platter: 301mm, 1.2kg, die-cast aluminium alloy. Speeds: 33 and 45rpm. Signal to noise ratio: better than 40dB. Wow and flutter: less than 0.07%. Tonearm: static balance, tubular, inside force canceller, lateral balancer, direct readout stylus pressure scale. Cartridge: induced magnet type. Frequency response: 20-20,000Hz. VINTAGE 1970's Marantz 6300 Record player Turntable servo control direct drive

I did hook this up to a modem speaker and played a record, I don’t have an amp anymore to correctly hook up though. Very light signs of usage on wood walnut base and cover, no crack in plastic cover. Included is a new needle Cartridge? I don’t know if the one on the record player needs a new one, it looks bent but I did play a record, but a brand new one is included and in photos. Original box (but no packing inserts) included, I will be using bubble wrap and foam items I already have to cushion record player in original box, place that in another box with cushion as well. There is some writing on the box from a move. One of the rubber bottom parts for the feet is missing. Will need to replace or just use a shim to “level” on surface. I googled “Marantz 6300 User Manual” found a PDF version online see my photo of screenshot from google. Vintage 1970s Pioneer PL-530 Fully Automatic Turntable Stereo HiFi Record Player

The turntable was top of the line back in its day! It was made in Japan, the go-to destination for high end audio equipment. This one still has the original dust cover! The turntable was very well-made and has a sturdy construction. The turntable comes with a “DiscWasher” record cleaning kit as well (shown on last picture). The kit includes the cleaning brush, box, manual, and a bottle for cleaning liquid (bottle is empty). The turntable was plugged in and powered on. The start and stop button appear to work. The light goes on and it turns smoothly. There has been no further testing. I don’t have the knowledge or time to test this properly. It has not been tested with a record. There are some minor chips in the veneer. The dust cover has light scratches (you could probably buff out). Overall, the item is in great shape for being around 50 years old! I will package the item up carefully, insure it, and pay for signature confirmation.
