Had this for 2+ years and used it very lovingly to play both 33 and 45 records. Works with batteries and with any universal 9v adapter. I added a yellow striped sticker for my own aesthetic appeal. Player works, but the volume output is very low. I have to crank up my stereo all the way up to get some enjoyable sound from it. Seeing this a common problem with these units over time and needs service (Im not technically inclined to take this apart and have since bought a new modern record player). As cool as this player is, i just know I wont be using it anymore now that Ive replaced it. Otherwise, units in excellent condition and just beautiful to look at. Player functions well but had to get 33 rpm speed pot replaced a month ago. It uses a hex shaped screwdriver that I can include if need be. Otherwise the device is in good condition.
