There are around 50-100 high definition super-sized pictures at the bottom of this page. A very collectable and rare set, the top lifts up to reveal space for a record player and small amp, the speakers are built into what is disguised as side tables. The whole suite is finishes with premium Burr Walnut. As with all collectable vintage furniture the desirability is in the materials used and the condition, burr walnut simply put the finest timber and the condition is exquisite throughout. Rare Dynatron HFC 11 Garrard Turntable Radiogram Record Player 60s Vintage LP. See photos for condition. Rare space age looking vintage Dynatron record player and radio. Some marks and knocks to wood and small stain on top. Perspex some scratches but reasonable. The record player, turns at correct speeds. The needle cassette is either partly missing or part missing. It plays through the speakers but wont stay tracking on record, so needs a new needle but have been advised from photos that the needle is just dirty and with a clean it will probably play fine and stop jumping, but untested. The auto part doesnt seem to operate, it switches on and off manually fine, slight brushing noise when turns off from belt or table parts. I would imagine either this mode doesnt have the auto function but just says it or a part has come loose. Confident a new needle would provide working player. The radio works, havent tested with plugged in aerial but managed to get quite clear stations on VHF and MW with no aerial. Both left and right channels play fine. See level needle showing working. But need to satisfy yourself to safety of old equipment etc. Danset table not included but could be if interested, you could possibly screw legs directly into player as stand. There are “weights” on the cartridge as you can see on photos. The item is in good working order.
