If you’re looking for FINE Vintage Audio you’ve come to the right place. All of our Turntables and Audio Equipment are SERVICED and RESTORED to be as close to new in appearance and functionality as possible. For offer is this DUAL 1237 Belt-Driven Fully Automatic Turntable. This Dual 1237 is a RARE COMPLETE unit with all of its original parts including the Stacker Spindle, Dual 45 Adapter, and Spare Spindle. It is completely operational and functional and looks OUTSTANDING! The following is the work that was performed. The unit has been thoroughly cleaned and all functions checked for proper operation. All caps and electronics were checked for wear and decay and the MAIN CAPACITOR was REPLACED. The Drive Mechanism was checked, cleaned, and lubricated for proper operation and works as it should. The tonearm mechanism was checked, cleaned, and lubricated for proper operation. The Motor Spindle was lubricated to insure proper performance. The motor was disassembled, cleaned, lubricated, reassembled and installed. The cover has been RESTORED to remove hairline scratches, scuffs, and any deep scratches. Those remaining, while faint, are visible only in reflected light (See Pics: #2, #3). This unit has a New Custom-Made Ground Cable (better than the original), and has had the previous RCA Cables replaced with upgraded soldered RCA Connectors to improve its sonics. It sounds better than before than before and makes connecting to your existing equipment easy. This turntable comes equipped with a NEW Old Stock (NOS) ADC QLM MKIII Cartridge and Stylus. It tracks true, provides great sonics, and should sound great when joined with any existing system See Pic. The Speed mechanics were cleaned, calibrated, and lubricated. Speed subsequently checked and cross-referenced for accuracy using a Robins ESK-5 Strobe Disc and Light Kit for 33 RPM and 45 RPM accuracy. As this Dual turntable, the speed maintenance of this unit is ROCK SOLID. The Turntable Plinth is intact and shows minimal wear for its age and looks FANTASTIC (See Pics #1-#9). The Original 45 adapter, Stackable Multi-Play Spindle, and Auxiliary Spindles are included (See Pics: #17, #18). It is RARE to find a Dual Turntable from this era COMPLETE with its ORIGINAL parts. In all, as demonstrated by the pictures, this is a BEAUTIFUL Dual 1237 Fully Automatic Turntable. It looks GREAT and Sounds as GOOD as it LOOKS. Everything functions correctly: The tonearm Cue lever raises and lowers as it should. When the START Lever is Pushed to the Left, the Table starts and spins. The Tonearm raises and moves over the edge of the record and then slowly lowers to play. The tonearm moves smoothly and tracks well. Again, everything works as it should. It’s very clean, serviced, reliable, looks Amazing and it sounds FANTASTIC! This is a used, vintage turntable. Look closely at the photos. What you see is what you get. There are some surface scratches on the cover. Looks like whoever owned it, took it out of the bag and then put everything back in the box without putting it in the bag.
