Vintage Magnavox Imperial Danish Console Mid Century Modern With Amplifier. You are looking at a vintage somewhat working Magnavox console with a separate speaker / amplifier. You can see the tubes working with the orange glow. The radio works but there is a hum even when locked into a station. I could not get the record player to work. The motor seemed harder to rotate than it should have been. It is an AC53 motor made in England. I was thinking about repairing the unit because it is so dripping cool. They sell whole turn tables for this unit. I really have to many projects so I’m going to sell this one. You don’t see many with the extra speaker and the light color. There are speakers in the console parts also. They must have wanted to listen to loud music back in the 50, s. The console is 50″ x 18″ x 32 tall. The wood on both pieces is in good condition. The sliding tile and 2 stationary on top are not damaged. We saw this unit and was really hoping that it had a working record player. We do travel occasionally and might be able to deliver. Rek-O-Kut Record Player Cutter Lathe Imperial II TR43H MasterPro M-12S Audax RH5

Up for sale here is this beautiful vintage Rek-O-Kut Imperial II record cutter lathe. This is a portable record cutter, amazingly enough, and comes in a nice gray case with a double handle for extra lifting power. It is marked “Model Imp-2″ on the bottom left corner, “Model TR43H” below the platter, “Master Pro Model M-12S” on the cutting arm, and the cutting head is marked Audax 8 ohms Mod. The playback tonearm as a GE VRII cartridge in it with a bent stylus, though it’s probably fixable or you can always replace the stylus. This is in great cosmetic condition but does have some wear. The case has light overall wear and some spotting. The playback arm has some peeling/corrosion on the aluminum–not sure what that’s about. I took a close-up picture so you could see.
