Beautiful record player in working order. All automatic functions operate as they should. Original headshell comes with, but cartridge is not included. The base has some rough spots as well as the lid, but overall not a bad piece. Has been checked to confirm everything is operational. Speed adjustments, auto and manual settings working. I’ve had it hooked up to my Sony TAE-5450 preamp and it still sounds great!! Have owned this deck for about 10 years now and it has never let me down. 1970’s Japanese quality.

This Kenwood is in good cosmetic shape. Keeps speed rock steady at 33 & 45. Issues are the auto return and auto start do not engage the tone arm. I think something maybe gummed up on the inside? The arm return motor or mechanism kicks in but arm doesn’t move. Motor turns off when arm is back in rest or playing on lp. It will however lift the tone arm at the end of record so you have pretty much a semi auto table if you choose to just use it as is. Any questions please feel free to message us.
