This is a USED Panasonic SG-J555 Multi Purpose Boombox Stereo. Can be run using a plug (Included) or by D batteries. All units have been tested and are working wonderfully. This unit is not very heavy and has good sound and provides different functions. The only downside is the missing tone sliding knob. You can still adjust the tone, there is just no knob. Otherwise the unit is in excellent cosmetic condition with very little scuffs or marks.

The speakers are a bit spotty, maybe a loose wire? Turntable turns and needle plays a record. Radio reception is OK, but a trick to tune in. However, I don’t get great radio reception in my house anyway. The antenna is intact. Battery cover in back of unit is missing. Made by Matsushita Electrical Corp. Use plug or 6 “D” size batteries. Exterior speaker plug in back. Overall in good shape with a bit of metal roughness.

Panasonic Combo Radio/Record Player/Cassette Player and recording abilities, comes with two original speakers. Speakers produce clear, crisp sound and radio works flawlessly. Record player and cassette player appear to work, I don’t have a record or cassette tape to test for 100% certainty. Kept clean in a smoke free home and stored well through out the years. Speakers are 18inx13inx8.5in in size.

National 4 speed record player EL-861 1957s. It has been checked for power and turntable rotation. I don’t know if the needle is bad, but when I spin the record, I can hear the music, but the volume is low. There is no change even if I turn the volume control. The 4 speed 16RPM does not turn. The other speeds turn. There are cracks on the cover and scratches and dirt all over. The National emblem on the front of the machine is broken off due to age. We think it can be fixed by gluing it back on, but we have left it as it is. Please pay in 4 days, otherwise the order will be canceled. International Buyers – Please Note.
