This unit has been tested and is working with no known issues. There is some wear especially on the cover. Also, the cover does not stay up by itself. It comes with a stanton Cart. Please see all pictures for details on condition. You are guaranteed to receive the item as described in the listing. I do not do advanced electrical testing of the internals so I cannot guarantee that everything is up to the same specifications as they would be coming out of the factory. There is an understanding that as electronics age parts such as capacitors may fall out of factory specifications. S policies so please shop with confidence.
