As pictured with a Pickering XV-15 headshell with the groove duster attachment. Works as it should with the exception of the arm, while it does move freely as it plays, the arm keeps lifting back up& will not stay down on the record. Plastic dust cover has a few scuffs but no cracks or breaks. Cover still has the 2 very small corner bumpers. Features of the JVC QL-A7 include a locking chuck headshell connector, forged headshell, oil-damped arm lifter, anti-skating system and headshell mounting angle fine adjustment. Motor: 12-pole, 24-slot, DC type FG servomotor. Drive system: direct drive. Speeds: 33 and 45rpm. Wow and flutter: 0.025% WRMS. Rumble: more than 73dB. Speed detection: frequency generator. Comes with a Pickering V-15h cartridge. I know little to nothing about these items but I will describe it to the best of my ability. All of the functions seem to work fine, the power and all the speeds on the turntable. Overall, very clean with no major issues to the teak wood but there are some dings on the corners of the wood that have been colored in but very small. Minor wear on the dustcover. The only real issue I see is that one of the wires from the record player arm to the stylus has come loose and needs to be put back into place. All items come from a smoke free home.
