Pioneer PL-L1000 Linear Tracking Turntable Shure cartridge. The Turntable works when moving the tone arm manually, but the electromagnetic tone arm carriage drive does not work. Therefore I’m listing for Parts / Repair. It’s also missing one of the stabilizer feet. There’s a crack above each dust cover bracket. See photos for details. Hard to find unit. Made in Japan in 1979. Shure / Realistic R1000 Edt cartridge with Shure RS 5T stylus. Turntable has been tested and works perfectly. It is good shape overall but has some minor damage. Has minor nicks that can be seen in the photos. The buttons and job wheel have light spots on them. The dust cover is missing the hinges and is cracked. The crack has been repaired and is as solid as new. The dust cover also has minor scratches throughout. Included is a Audio Technica AT91 cartridge. So rest assured that it is being packed by true professionals and will arrive in perfect working order. Please read online about how to set up this turntable before using it. The manual can be found online. This is not a simple plug and play turntable but rather one to use with the utmost of care.
