This listing is for a really cool old record player in a small cabinet. The radio is a kaiser W649. We think made in the 60’s, birch wood cabinet. The base of the turntable slides to the front. Was used for staging, does NOT work. Size in inches: 30 tall x 24.50 wide x 15 deep. Nothing works, we plug in but no sound. We have no idea what is needed. This is a project or use for decoration. The cabinet needs cleaned and restained. Not all items have been exclusively in my possession, so I can’t guarantee the environment in which they have always been stored. Available is a rare, vintage German Telefunken Hymnus Record Player & Radio cabinet. This was a very desirable, high end unit for its time. The cabinet has been gone through and serviced with a new old stock cartridge and needle that I was able to locate. All components are working. The turntable has a multiple speeds and features a fully automatic tone arm and multiple disc stacking function. The stylus was recently replaced with a new old-stock cartridge and needle I was able to locate. The cabinet itself is in good antique condition. The piece has a high gloss, and displays a few knicks and light scratches relative to age appropriate wear. Please refer to the pictures for more information. Cord gets tucked away underneath but missing cover to hold cord in. There is a small dent on the top cover. Currently there is no needle on the arm but there is a needle included along with the instruction manual. This unit was well taken care of. Measures 14″ wide x 9.5″ front to back x 4.5 high.
