Dansette Bermuda Valve Record Player fitted with its original BSR UA15 Automatic Turntable. Plays 33, 45 and 78`s RPM records. I have serviced the Turntable (Stripped, Cleaned, Re-lubricated and Adjusted), Tone and volume controls have been cleaned. Tonearm is fitted with the BSR X5H Cartridge, Fitted with a 78/LP stereo compatible stylus. The Covering is all original but it has accumulated some marks and knocks over nearly 60 years. Vintage Record Player c. 1964 Bush SRP31D Valve Tube Monarch Autochanger British. This vintage record player was produced by Bush, in the era where they still made quality electronics, rather than the foreign-made budget devices their name is applied to in the present day. This model, the SRP31D, was a valve-powered record player, fitted with a Monarch autochanger and powered by Mullard ECL86s. This example comes with a manual, but this is for the earlier SRP31C and appears to be unconnected. The player is mains-powered, but designed to be portable, as it features a carry handle. It weighs 9.8 Kg and is of typical size for the period, measuring 4. The player is in good cosmetic condition for its age, with only some light cleaning required. The chrome plate at the bottom of the front is missing (it is the panel which shows which is the volume dial, etc). The record player does work, but needs either a new needle and/or new cartridge as it does play records but the quality is poor. The manual is in good condition for its age, but does show a few damp spots, etc. In the latter case, we will send you an invoice ASAP. Some of the exceptions to these rules are as follows.
