This unit is very clean, and everything functions as it should. The only issue with it is, I cannot get the needle to stay in the head.

V934p – 4 speed turntable. Spent about 3 hours cleaning inside and out, and oiled some 50 year old parts. Runs at proper speeds. Even includes its little INSTRUCTION MANUAL! Installed a NEW DIAMOND NEEDLE. Corrected where needle lands on records.

Vintage GE Wildcat Portable Record Player V936G – WORKING. Unit is tested and working. Contains scratches and scuffs consistent with normal use. The arm doesn’t move onto the record correctly, but it does return to its resting place correctly. There is a large crack in the back side of the case, does not affect performance. Vintage GE Wildcat Record Player Solid State Stereo Mustard Yellow WORKING. This plays records just fine, however there appears to be some issue when you turn the volume knob. At some volumes only one speaker plays and at others both play and at other levels neither play. I was able to find an enjoyable volume level when I tested it that had music. Coming out both speakers. I actually really like this item and if it doesn’t sell it will five me an excuse to start a vinyl collection. It is very cool and kinda cute. I have a video of the player working and an example of the volume knob problems. Message me and I can get you a copy.
