This came from an audiophile who has stored if for 30 years. It is currently on a wooden plinth that looks like a blue peter build including sticky back plastic! I have taken photos of what I think are the important bits but happy to take more. I plugged it in and there is a strobe type light although the platter did not turn – although it turns freely.
