Brand new belt installed. This is of the era that had a grounding-wire, you’ll need to ground this player to your stereo receiver/amp in order for it to dissipate faint static. Overall great condition with the exception of the dust-cover, that has numerous small scratches on the top and slight yellowing. The Pioneer PL-514 is a high-performance belt-driven turntable which employs an auto-return mechanism. Other features include an anti-skating force control, cueing device, detachable dust cover, insulator feet, plug-in type headshell and a 40mm thick particle board cabinet. Drive method: belt drive.
