There is some static when turning the knobs but playback is clear when the knobs are set. This item is considered vintage seeing how it was made in the 1960’s. Superheterodyne (common); ZF/IF 455 kHz. Broadcast and Short Wave (SW). Record Player (not changer). Power type and voltage. Power jack / D: 6 x 1,5 / 9 Volt. 2 Loudspeakers / Ø 4 inch = 10.2 cm. National Radio Phonograph SG-725. Portable set > 8 inch (also usable without mains). 17.125 x 3.875 x 12.875 inch / 435 x 98 x 327 mm. All-transistor, 2-band, 3-speed stereo radiogram. When closed it has the appearance of a smart attache case. Features: a 2-band radio and 3-speed record player with detachable speakers. Built-in storage space for 7″ and 10″ records. Total power output of 3W. Specifications: radio frequency range, MW 525 – 1605 kC/s (kHz); SW 5.9 – 18 MC/s (MHz). Record player; three speeds (33, 45 and 78 rpm) with ceramic cartridge and sapphire stylus. Cells or with optional AC- adaptor.
