The player is absolutely beautiful. I replaced the main light that illuminates the main board and I have also replaced the needle. All of the options appear to work fine but I do not have the right speakers to test the phono speaker jacks. I tested them and sound comes out each jack. The phono arm also needs to be adjusted as it is not balanced correctly. I don’t know if this phono has ever been serviced. This was owned by a teacher who used it in her classroom and she has owned it all these years. She has kept it in the case the whole time. The styling is insanely cool. I would say it’s a bonus this unit performs because it would be worth purchasing purely on its merits as an art piece (especially the lighting effects). Pictures don’t do this turntable justice. Specifications: Plays Stereo or Mono Records or Plays 16, 33, 45, and 78. Built in Solid State Amplifier (50 Watts)(not tested), Electronic Variable Speed Control, Anti-Feedback, Two Microphone Jacks, Cut In Audio Level Controls, Four 1/4 Speaker Jacks, Tetrad Flip Style Cartridge, Red Deck, Wood Grain Case, Chrome Knobs, Fluorescent Lighting, Detachable AC Power Cord (included), Wood Box Measures 18.5×18.5×9, Produced mid 1970’s.
