This record player has been further improved with a higher C/P by changing some parts of the cabinet and motor from the GT-1000. The turntable is made of 30 mm thick die-cast aluminum with a diameter of 360 mm and a dead weight of 3 kg. 600 kg/cm2 of inertia is achieved in combination with a 400 g SBR mat. The motor is a DC 4-phase 8-pole coreless motor with a starting torque of 1.2 kg/cm and a quartz PLL system for stable rotation. The tone arm is a static-balanced S-shaped tone arm with a gimbal support system that achieves a horizontal and vertical initial sensitivity of 7mg. It also features a zinc die-cast arm base and a 27mm? Extra-thick pillar made of machined brass. Furthermore, it is equipped with a thread-suspension anti-skating mechanism and a height adjustment mechanism. It is equipped with a die-cast aluminum headshell with a thicker connector section to prevent harmful vibrations. The cabinet is made of 88mm-thick (including the bottom plate) high-density particleboard, 18mm-thick, rigidly assembled. The legs are equipped with spring and rubber composite insulators.
