This unit was from a recent cabinet pull. It runs and the motor works well. The head unit and contacts dont connect properly and the cartridge was glued in at some point. I will leave this work to a professional. The skilfully designed 4 pole capacitor-start hysteresis synchronous motor in the P-68H provides low vibration and stability of each speed. Wow and flutter which are caused by vibration of mechanism and leakage flux are also eliminated by utmost care and craftsmanship of long experiences. A finely-finished 12 diameter aluminium die-casting turntable, with heavy rim for flywheel effect, guarantees the safest performance. A firm rubber mat protects record against abrasion and prevents flutter. Speed change is made by knob on the panel, with 0 position between each speed.
