Up for sale is this great vintage turntable ideal to enjoy that vinyl collection passion at its full extent with a real deal system! This MCS 6502 turntable was manufactured by Technics and marketed under the MCS brand in the United States. Unit features a servo locking motor (Frequency Generator) to insure accurate platter speed regardless of any AC power fluctuations. This unit has been professionally serviced, fully cleaned, lubricated, properly calibrated and is fully operational. Main switch and pitch control cleaned and Deoxided and lubricated so 33 & 45 Speeds locks on point perfectly. Damping silicon oil was applied to Cue Lever mechanism which makes the tone arm gently descend to the disc. Brand new drive belt has been installed. A New elliptical Stylus(0.4 x 0.07 mil) is mounted on a high quality Audio Technica AT-71 Moving Magnet Cartridge (20Hz22kHz), already mounted and calibrated. RCA & Ground terminals were cleaned and polished to achieve the best audio connection avoiding any signal loss. Dust cover was polished to a bright gloss with specialty acrylic polishing cream. It still shows some light scratches and few minor dents. No Cracks or Deep scratches. Please refer to pictures for details. This turntable has been professionally serviced and works flawlessly, making this 42 years old unit a unique piece. Unit will be carefully packed with aluminum platter secured and individually packaged in order to avoid any damage to the turntable.
