National 4 speed record player EL-861 1957s. It has been checked for power and turntable rotation. I don’t know if the needle is bad, but when I spin the record, I can hear the music, but the volume is low. There is no change even if I turn the volume control. The 4 speed 16RPM does not turn. The other speeds turn. There are cracks on the cover and scratches and dirt all over. The National emblem on the front of the machine is broken off due to age.
