Vintage 40s of 50s Electronics Creations Record Player w Shure P77V Needle/Cartidge – Needs Work. Record player seems to be partially working. It powers on, the record will drop from the support arm and then it will play. The play part is the problem. I only hear the faint sound of music playing. Not sure if the amplifier tube is bad, the speaker may be bad or something else or a loose wire etc. Someone who has experience with these old machines can probably figure out what is wrong and fix it. It has some cosmetic issues as well. Can play 78, 45 or 33. The needle or cartridge is a SHURE P77V 242. It is a dual needle cartridge (not sure if my terminology is correct). The cartridge or needle needs to be flipped over to play 78s. What you see is what you get. See photos for condition.
