For sale is a sought-after Signal Corps Public Address system. It includes a turntable with adjustable speeds from 33 1/3 up to 78 rpm. As the video shows, the record player powers up and the speeds will adjust upon setting. The turntable arm has a stylus/needle but an unsure of condition. The front of the record player has a panel to access tubes/fuses. The panel has two bolts with screw on caps to hold closed. One cap is missing and the existing one is loose. Panel does stay closed. The speakers have all cables but I could not hear sound from them when I placed an album on the turntable. I attached both cables to the front of the record player and the two bare wire cables to the speakers themselves. One speaker had electrical tape wrapped around the bare wires. The microphone cable and mike itself look almost unused. But, with the speakers not emitting sound, I cannot say for certain that it works. The phonograph and speakers are housed in their own wood crates and are very heavy. Located in San Antonio.
