Here’s an absolutely stunning. 1957 Symphonic Hi-Fidelity tube record player.. It’s been completely restored. And looks and sounds fabulous! Of course it doesn’t compare to listening in person. But here’s a small sample of how nice this sounds! This consolette is just the perfect size. Not overpowering and heavy like many of the larger consoles. The original cabinet was professionally recovered with vintage style coverings. Of a beautiful lemon green, grey and white, and looks just awesome. The front also sports new gold speaker grill cloth. Stands nicely on 4 tapered wood legs. Which really give this that true Mid Century touch! The classic 4 speed record changer is in. Condition, with only a common scratch on the plastic from the old needle hitting it…. This was completely taken apart. And redone to work like new again.. Has a new drive wheel, cartridge and needle installed, so you can play both mono or stereo records. See photo for the many parts that needed cleaning and replacing! You can stack records on this changer, (or 45’s on the adapter). And each will play in turn, and the changer will shut off after the last record has played. This also comes with the original automatic 45 adapter! The 12AX7 and dual 50C5 tube amplifier was completely redone as well. Has all strong tubes, new capacitors, resistors. The front panel and controls and are just too cool! Featuring twin C7 bulbs that illuminate the clear panel.. Looks amazing at night! Three Alnico speakers are fitted into this beauty. With a new crossover capacitor for a tighter response.. As you could imagine, the sound is just superb! What a beautiful and well thought out design by Symphonic.. Each and every piece of this vintage HiFi was lovingly and carefully redone. To bring you and your family many years of listening pleasure.. You’d be hard pressed to find a nicer example of a 50’s HiFi anywhere.
